Welcome to SARC! We are the learning center on campus, providing high-quality academic support programs and services to help UCF students develop college-level study skills and achieve the highest standards of academic excellence.

Due to COVID-19, all SARC employees are working from home in compliance with university policy. While we cannot answer our office phone, you can still email us at or contact our new Virtual Front Desk!

What is the SARC Virtual Front Desk?

Between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Monday-Friday, a SARC Lab Leader will be available via Zoom to answer your questions and provide information about SARC services. During those hours, you can join the Zoom meeting by phone or web.

This will prompt you to download Zoom to your device if you have not already. The app is free, but please note that you need to have a microphone enabled in order to speak with a Lab Leader.
