College Achievement Program

Dear fall 2009 CAP students,

WELCOME to the fall semester! As you walk around campus, take a look at your new home for the next four years. It may take a while to get to know ALL of the great resources available at UCF, but one of the most valuable offices that you will come to know throughout your college career will be SARC. Our motto “Success Starts at SARC” is much more than a slogan; it is a true representation of what students find when they walk through our doors. Tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, and Academic Success Workshops are a few of the tools you will find at SARC, in addition to Advising Services. As your Academic Advisor, I am here to welcome you to the University and guide you towards reaching your goals at UCF academically, professionally, and socially.

I look forward to getting to know each of you through your advising appointments during the fall and spring semesters. I’ll be here to answer any questions concerning academic policies and procedures, class planning and registration, important dates and deadlines, and anything else you are interested in knowing more about. Feel free to make an appointment any time or stop by just to say hi!

All the best,

Nikki Nizynski
